This page was initiated with the purpose of shedding light on the actual events that transpired during and after my 37-year friendship with Melissa Weinstein. My aim was never to see her incarcerated, but rather to encourage her to seek counseling and rectify the harm she has caused to so many people. The sequel is Liar, Liar - Scrubs on fire and the final book - Conversations with the Dr. - is an extensive compilation of text conversations between us - which proved that Melissa told and wrote numerous false statements. That third book was so large that it could only be published as an e-book.
The legal aspect of this narrative is documented on our Facebook page to ensure it reaches the widest possible audience. Given that Melissa attempted, unsuccessfully, to intimidate, harass, and embarrass me on Facebook back in 2019, I believe it is a justifiable platform for sharing this information.

My name is Tina and I had to start this journey to try to shed the negativity that Melissa Weinstein tried to impose on me for 2 years (and counting). It is cathartic, justifiable and necessary. Melissa needs to be held accountable for all that she did to me, my family and my friends. The short story is that Melissa tried to discredit me with malicious lies and prosecution after a business dispute and my discovery of Melissa using my name and insurance to call in 7 prescriptions for narcotics. I assume - after many horrible conversations between us -that Melissa was afraid I would report all of the illegal and unethical activity Melissa and her practice partner, Pat Robinson, were involved in. Therefor - they colluded to concoct a unbelievable story that I embezzled from them -when in fact- it was Pat Robinson that embezzled over 400K from Melissa. Full story on our Facebook page.
UPDATE:
I persevered and the charges were dismissed and are being expunged from my record. Melissa Weinstein is still spewing lies about what happened. Now she has her husband (she HAD to get married) trying to defame me but it will not get him the response he expected.
There is way more to this story and I am just getting started in my journey to hold Melissa Weinstein accountable. Liar, Liar - Scrubs on Fire is now an E-book and the paperback will be available soon.
